our journey & intent
A note from the founder

Dear All,
GWA began with an intent of growth and maximalism.
I have always valued relationships, and I have always valued time. That belief is what helped me bring discipline, structure, and intention into everything we are building here. I’ve always believed that expression can carve a thousand actions more than words merely can. And because of that, the idea behind GWA was never just to create content or build visibility - it was always to build with intention. The focus has never been to oversell and under deliver. It has always been to maximise growth in a way that feels real, meaningful, and sustainable. I wanted to create a team and a space that understands what it truly means to build something of your own - the emotion behind it, the responsibility that comes with it, and the ownership it demands every single day. Because when you’ve built something from the ground up, you don’t look at brands, businesses, or people as “projects.” You look at them with care.
My hope is that whenever my team and I cross paths with you, and help you shape your positioning, your story, or your next phase of growth, we do it with the same faith and intent with which I’ve built GWA and stood by my people.
We are here to create work that connects, lasts, and genuinely means something.
Because at the end of the day, faith, trust, ownership, and accountability can take you places where skill alone simply cannot.
“Attention may bring people in. Intention is what makes them stay.”
Love,
Ashmita
